"Firstly Amanda and I would like to say a big thank you for making us look so great!!

I came across Kendal while having glamour photography. I'd never had my makeup professionally done before and was nervous and excited. In no time at all, Kendal put me at my ease and made me feel special. I was really impressed by the techniques used, her priority for hygiene, her ongoing explanations of the process and titbits of advice on makeup for me - which she did not need to do. All through this, Kendal's main focus was making sure I was happy with what she was doing and achieving a result we were both happy with. Kendal worked to highlight the good and downplay what I thought were not so good and this she achieved! The one thing which really impressed me was Kendal did not try to take any shortcuts and was constantly checking my makeup during the different poses and outfits to ensure it remained looking great and suited the different outfits. I was married on July 15, 2006, at the Estates of Sunnybrook in Toronto, Ontario Canada.

I came upon Kendal's web site after seeing some gorgeous print photos that I saw at my dressmakers. Kendal was prompt and easy to get a hold of. She was available by email and phone. Our initial consultation was loads of fun, and taught me a lot about how to enhance my best features.

My wedding day came, and as with every wedding, it was full of some surprises. It was horribly hot, we were late and everyone was nervous. Kendal arrived at my house very very early to greet me. She effortlessly applied beautiful makeup in the same tones to all of my bridesmaids. It was amazing to see how she could apply the same colors to so many different skin tones and make it look flawless. "I had requested the services of Kendal for my personal use to teach me how to apply makeup to suit and enhance my features.

During this session which spanned over 3 hours Kendal taught me application, colour and techniques that work for me. The end result was a total transformation with before and after shots. Kendal worked on key features of my face and emphasized on enhancing these features. The key areas were my eyes and cheekbones. Results were stunning – my face from what I consider average (I am very critical of myself) was turned into a movie star appearance and I couldn't point out which specific element of the make-up caused this difference, but it was like magic. After the session was over Kendal gave me a blank facial drawing where she then shaded in and labeled the different areas with make up followed by personal make-up notes for my future use.
